Investment Gold Dinar Go Down to the Rank 3

This paper is aimed at my friend's apartment investment expert who frequently criticizes me that buying or Gold Dinar can not be said as an investment, because the gold or the Dinar can not grow after you buy it - the object yes-that's all, not increased.

Usually if you get this kind of challenge, I always respond that my friends are saying are true - if our money or scales that we use is gold or Dinar. Gold or Dinar when measured or weighed with scales of gold or dinar as well - then the amount is not increased their physical.
Conversely, if our money or scales that we use still Rupiah or other paper money, then the value of gold or we buy Dinar clearly grow much higher - than other forms of investment such as shares, deposits, mutual funds etc..
In terms of economics and finance, investment is the act of actively directing resources by not taking it now to take advantage or benefit in the future. Investment comes from the Latin meaning vestis clothes, that is the transfer of something from one pocket to another pocket - to be used later or obtaining an increase in value (capital gains).
So from the standpoint of amount or other bills, how can not be regarded as an investment - putting money in the bank with the growth of 6-9% only be regarded as an investment, buy mutual funds or stocks last year could give negative results more than 50% also said as an investment, the 'buy gold dinar or the growth of its value last year grew almost 50% can not be said as an investment?.
Instead I agree if the point of view we have used gold or dinar; that just buy gold or dinar without earning it in further (such as program Qirad etc.) is not an investment - because the amount of physical remains, not increased.
But if the point of view this dinars of gold or that we use, then the comparison of rupiah banknotes or other paper money must also be seen from the gold spectacles or Dinar. From my previous review dated February 28 '09 we can see that from January 2000 until today, the rupiah has fallen 83% and dollar value has decreased the value of 71% against gold or Dinar.
To view this problem from the perspective of a fair - that is from two sides of the Rupiah and Dinar, the chart above can help. Amount when viewed from the dinar, worth continues to fall. Conversely Dinar when viewed from the amount, its value continues to rise.
From the above two viewpoints is the positioning of the early-early Dinar spread by our outlet-dinar his language as a tool for Investment and Protection Value. Investing is when we see the dinar from the spectacles of Rupiah, while protecting value if the point of view we have used dinar itself.
Current positioning is no longer so we stress, because once widespread in the community Dinar - Dinar will automatically positioning but gradually become a complete real money with three functions namely as a tool Rates (Medium of Exchange), as the Scales of Justice or Critical Value / Price (Unit of Account) and the Storage Value (Store of Value).
If after all Dinar considered as an investment because the results are much higher than the deposits and much more stable than stocks, once Dinar my position as an investment only after the number two business in the real sector which went well. Once we grow older, our investment horizon should begin to look much further ahead - not limited by what we can enjoy the results of the world, but we must also invest into stock (Asset) and not a burden (Liability) us in the Hereafter.
So gold investment or dinar now my ranking drop to number three just after the real sector are going well in second place, ranking first in the occupied Infaq and Sadaqah that the results can reach more than 700-fold, . Ameen.
